By using Regway you agree to these terms. If you use Regway on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

Use of the service

Regway provides regulatory information and AI-generated drafts to assist your work. Output may contain errors and is not legal or regulatory advice — always verify against official FDA sources before relying on it.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Regway the rights needed to process and store it to provide the service. We do not train models on your content.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Regway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or its output.
