Regway provides AI-powered FDA regulatory intelligence. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on your uploaded documents.
Data we collect
- Account information (name, email, organization)
- Documents and content you upload to your workspaces
- Usage data needed to operate and secure the service
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded files are stored in private object storage; database access is restricted.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact privacy@regway.ai.
